WESTERN CANADA HOCKEY EXPOSURE CAMP JULY 2-4 (02-05) AND JULY 16-18 (06-07)
Terry, thanks again for hosting such a great event. From a scouting perspective, your attention to detail is top shelf & your showcase is first class. As always I look forward to next year. Thanks again for putting this together.
Gord Susinki, Director of Player Personnel Okotoks Oilers AJHL
Thank you again for hosting such a great weekend of high caliber hockey and giving young players in Western Canada a chance to get back on the ice after what was a challenging season for all.
Mark Readman, Head Coach & General Manager Princeton Posse KIJHL
Thank you very much for hosting myself and the Merritt Centenials. What a great camp! Seriously well run as discussed we will be back!
Scott Pimblott, Head Scout Merritt Centennials BCHL
Terry, thank you for a great weekend, no small feat pulling this off, just as Covid restrictions lift and during a heatwave! You can easily turn this in to the annual premier showcase in Alberta!
As an aside Logan heard from an AJ team on the weekend and our numerous friends in attendance also heard directly from scouts. So obviously very effective!
Kim Cunningham, Parent
The Western Canada Hockey Exposure Camp (WCHEC) is one of the premier showcase events in Canada. As a Scout, this showcase allows me to see hundreds of elite players playing with and against each other over a single weekend - and in a beautiful facility. Further, the comprehensive Scout's package the WCHEC provides all Scouts includes stats, email addresses, and mobile numbers for all players in attendance, allowing Scouts to easily contact and interact with players and parents in between games - as well as after the event. I give the WCHEC a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it for both player prospects and Junior scouts!
Wayne Kosior, Western Canada Scout Des Moines Buccaneers USHL
Dir. of Canadian Scouting San Diego Sabers USPHL
Thank you for hosting an amazing event this weekend. The organization and venue was fantastic and the texting advice you offered was brilliant.
Patrick Lamoureux, President St. Paul Canadiens NEAJHL
I just wanted to say thank you for running a fantastic camp on the weekend. It was awesome. Reid had a great experience, he learned a lot about what it will take to go to the next level, what kind of mindset he’ll need to learn to bring his best game when it matters.
Brad and Reid Ashcroft, Parent and Player
Over the past few years, the Rebels have been attending the WCHEC (and will continue to do so in the future). The camp is extremely organized and well run, it attracts excellent Jr A and Jr B calibre players, and always provides our program with players that have a desire to advance to the Jr level. The Rebels have had 1-3 players every year on our team that we have found from WCHEC, and look forward to continuing that trend!
Carter Duffin, Head Coach and General Manager Castlegar Rebels KIJHL
